We secure the land, resolve what is holding it back, whether that is servicing, access, zoning or approvals, and deliver a site that is ready for the business that needs it.

How we work
Most of our work starts with a business that needs a location, not with land looking for a buyer.

Start with the requirement
We begin with what the user needs: location, size, access, servicing and timing. That requirement decides which land is worth securing.

Secure the site and clear the constraints
We secure the land and take on the issues that keep other buyers away: servicing, power, access, subdivision, zoning and approvals. We work through them with the municipality and the agencies involved.

Deliver a site ready to build
We take the site to the point where the user can build, then sell, lease or develop it with them. Where it suits, we stay on to manage what is built.

Institutional development and capital. 28 years with Grosvenor, including the 1,200-acre Annacis Island industrial park.

Law. Practised real estate and development law at Douglas Symes & Brissenden.

Engineering and technical analysis. Formerly in commercial sales and leasing at Cushman & Wakefield.
Current Opportunity
Industrial and distribution land in Merritt
On Airport Road at the junction of Highways 5 and 5A, next to an operating Bell Canada facility on land the group subdivided and delivered. Zoned light industrial, with natural gas, fibre and municipal services at the property line.
